Today's turning out pretty well after all. Haha.

It started out insanely. Right at midnight the madness began. Was cramming Aeschylus' Oresteia and deciding to forgo Racine's Phaedra, trying to think of something for Shakespeare's Othello presentation, and worrying about presentation for World Religions on Hinduism. Finally slept at 3.40am this morning, woke up at 5.30am, hitched a ride to school from daddy, reached at 7.10am, promptly fell asleep again at 7.30am, waking up at half-hour intervals till 9am, deciding that I'm REALLY screwed for the day (unfinished revision, unprepared presentations blah blah blah).

Ok. So I went for my test at 10am, lesson till 12; rushed to World Religions class and attempted to smoke my way through the presentation (12-2), which was absolutely crappy, trudged to Tragedy's tragic tutorial and thank god, I wasn't asked to present (some miscommunications), had a mini break, Deviance lecture from 4-6pm--absolutely crap, and Deviance project meeting after that till about 7.45pm.

So. My 1-hour sleep plus interrupted naps lasted me from 10am-7.45pm. Where I finally took a breather. By 4pm my eyes felt like they had a thousand sandbags under them. My vision was in slits. It was THAT hard to keep my eyes open. Bah. Middle of forehead hurt so bad I thought I would black out and faint.

BUT BUT BUT.....!!! After a slow, leisurely dinner with Ridz and after walking him down, I came back and was invited to my neighbour's birthday party! Oh man! Woohoo! Met so many new friends. Hahahah! It's amazing. Talked to them like I'd known them for years and years man. Crazy. They were a bunch of really nice people.. heh. This girl really took to me, we exchanged MSN addresses and all. And two guys too. There was this other guy who was pretty shy though.. hahaha. Or just not interested I think. But he had nice smiley eyes.

Cool! The day really turned out pretty ok after all. Heh. More more more new friends! They're like a breath of fresh air. :D
