mothers' day was quite a screw up today. sigh.
my brother melted plastic in the oven. so there goes the plans for an apple pie.
i didn't know how to deep-fry stuff so the oil spilled over the pot. really big mess.
my mum had to step in to clean up the both the oven and the oil.
very very bad.
sigh. this has gotta be the worst mothers' day to date. bleah.
i'll just stick to baking and simple stuff before advancing to expert stuff like deepfrying.
grrr. bleahzzzz.

do not visit the papier shop in the esplanade!!!!!!!!!!!
stupid lady didn't let me check the book my friend bought as a gift for his mom, and he just told me alot of pages inside the book was ripped off!!!!! it cost a bomb for such a tiny piece of work ok. really terrible! i'm going back for a refund or an exchange. this is really really bad. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
