it seems you get nothin if you keep moving.

you desperately want something. you want something so bad you'd crash all the obstacles there and then. but you don't.

you stand at a spot, waiting for that door to open. waiting for that chapter to unfold. around you, doors are opening. people are getting what they've been waiting for.

you take a step right or left. away from your spot. to another spot.

and the door you've been waiting for opens.

at your new spot, you adjust to the new surroundings, the new air, the new environment. you pray for that door in front of you to open soon.

around you, you see doors opening. people going in. people getting what they've been waiting for.

you stare hard at your new door. you glare. you burn through it with your eyes. still it remains shut.

you move to a new spot. a new, more promising spot.

eventually, everyone around you has gotten what they were waiting for. some lucky ones didn't even have to wait. they came in at the right time, in the right spot, when the door is just opening.

and eventually, only you are left. still standing. still waiting. and all alone.

so. are we suppose to go out there and create our destiny and keep moving on to greener pastures, or stick faithfully to the one orginal ground you were meant for, and wait patiently for it to unfold?
