today is just about the lousiest day i've ever had. lik i said, bad things come in MULTITUDE. today they came in FULL strength.

because of my ill-timed sickness of fever and flu, my body refused to study or revise the whole of yesterday. and i was thinking to myself this could be heaven or this could be hell. definitely HELL. there was like historical japan and contemporary japan, and hell i only managed to get to tokugawa/edo period. didn't touch contemporary japan.

as if that's not bad enough, the sky decided to turn an ominous grey, black, and was totally foreboding. i kept praying and praying "oh no please please please let the rain pour when i reach my exam venue....." was my prayer answered? noooooooooo.

ON TOP OF that, i HAD to lose my ezlink card and hence was unable to get down at the yusof ishak house busstop. the bus pulled away to the next stop which is damn faraway from my exam venue -- outside raffles hall. lo behold! let's do a time check: 8.56am. whenz my exam? 9.00am.

never mind, i can still run. but lady luck just dumped her counter-ego on me and the sky started POURING the MOMENT i alighted. remember my lousy fever and flu??? yeah. so i had to run alllllllll the looooong bloooooody wayyyyyyy to mpsh (multi purpose sports hall). i was TOTALLY drenched, the bloody air con was FREEEEZING my ass off, AND my flu took a turn for the worst.

AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! talk about BAD DAY!!!!!! it just didn't seemed that shocking to me anymore when i opened the paper and the MCQs looked TOTALLY foreign to me. and the essay was on meiji japan, the period right after tokugawa, the period i DIDN'T touch.

hai. why why why? this week sucks. this WHOLE week SUCKS. from the VERY beginning till now. monday: din't finish icm essay, reached home to find my dad behaving way out of sync (major major "all hell broke loose" situation) ; tuesday: aftermath of monday night ; wednesday: english paper made all the past yr papers PALE in horrible comparison ; thursday: SICK SICK SICK ; friday: that's today.

the weekend's here. PLEASE let things find their way back up...... *sighs in resignation*
