:: how to deal with anger ::

what do you do if you are extremely angry with someone? do you confront the person and demand a face-to-face resolution where you would risk saying hurtful things in the heat of the moment and don't mean it anyway? or do you run into your little corner and blast off into the wall? do you vent your anger in your writing, your diary, your private journal? do you take out your anger on inanimate objects by flinging books pens phones metal pencil cases banging your table and basically just doing things that'll make a hell load of noise but with little damage done? or perhaps you may get so worked up that the saddistic part of you actually relish the sight of a mangled chair, a result of your newfound strength?

confrontations are no good if you can help them cuz hurtful things once said can never be taken back. running and escaping into your little world with a pathetic notebook would risk the accusation of not being honest enough, or being a hypocrite for cursing and swearing on paper but not in the face of the object of your anger. getting all violent is the best but that'll risk incurring the wrath and perplexion of innocent people around you.

what do you do then, when you are goddamnit angry for no apparent reason except maybe they have managed to strike a chord within you? that you dun want to confront and dont want to know because you would rather live a lie at the moment. or even better, you dont even hav a valid reason to direct anger at anyone because oh hell, at the end of the day it's all your own fault.
